Pictures would certainly help. What is your current belly clearance? Are you 4 linked? Are you running underdrive rear gears and\or overdrive front?

crawler newbie 09-27-2010 02:02 PM

stock gears and 4 link in the rear and soon front belly is around 3 1/4 and stock shocks and spring i dont now how to post pics

You may have some torque twist going on if the front wheels are lifting up on you. You can do a search to find out how to fix that. You may also want to limit your shocks to lower the ride height.

Post up some pics if you can.

3 1/4 is a bit high. I run mine 2.5 to 2.75 depending on terrain. Torque twist is a likely culprit as well, work on dialing that out "thumbsup"

i think its torge twist also it wont to lift front wheel even on flat how do i fix it and whats the best way to lower the ride hight thanks for all the help im new to the crawlers

You can lower ride height with shorter shocks. A 4" shock is common on the AX 10.

PS: posting pictures is easy, read here http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/comments-suggestions-help/28164-posting-pics-dummies.html

How much weight do you have in your wheels?

crawler newbie 09-27-2010 07:16 PM

i will have to look again i think it around 4 oz each

Slow Mo 09-27-2010 07:42 PM

I think you should run a 4" shock and add a lot more weight in the front. The shorter shock will lower it down about were you want it and the weight will keep your front planted. My fronts weight about 15oz total each.

fred0000 09-27-2010 07:46 PM

i'd lower it like been said 3 1/4 is a tad high for my liking aswell. mine is 2 3/4 high and feel I could go lower, but its not terrible, I also feel you need more weight in your front wheels, good luck, and have fun.

crawler newbie 09-28-2010 01:13 PM

ill try adding weight and lowering it thanks guys

Banshee94 11-23-2010 05:00 PM

I am running the stock shocks also an are at 3 1/4". I plan on getting new shocks but is there anything i can do to get it lower.

thanks

I used to have problems with flipping over until I loaded my front tires with bb's "thumbsup" now I can go places I never imagined I could.
