Not to mention the new ESC in them also, they are moving the right direction and making it better right out of the box.

I got my ax10 rtc from tower last month and it came with the 2.4 ghz controller, ae-2 esc with 2s lipo support, drag brake and as-2 servo.

I just got the rtc, the esc does have lipo support, it will actually drop the power off almost completely once the lipos reach 3.1 volts a cell.

Havent had much success with the drag brake working on inclines but the fwd/revrse is instant, the low speed control seems good (to a newb)

had a little trouble getting the remote to bind and had to do it a few times over a couple days, but now it seems to be holding.

It really is a nice car but Ive already begun modifying of course

Throw it on CastleLink. It's programmable, just like a Sidewinder or MMP. I started a thread: Has anyone seen/heard of AE-2 ESC?
Stock setup has Drag Brake set to 0%.
