Default Getting my first ax-10 in about 10 days need some help

ok welp im getting an ax-10 in a couple days about 10 and i want to make it comp ready for about 100 bucks i want a new chassis and a bug body to start what kind of chassis should i get and were should i get the body?

I did this when I first started driving a Axial AX10

spent some money a LHS or on line store to get a bug body and a lipo battery. what about electronics what are you using or do you still need to buy something for it????

get a set of white dot hb rovers. and a gc3 chassis,a decent servo and run the rest stock. Should be a decent sportsman class contender.

well, you said no used stuff...but there is a fastback chassis with links in the for sale section for $65. Screamin deal. That and a good set of tires, and you are doing pretty good.

is the CKRC Stage 2 Competition Upgrade Kit for AX10 (With Bent Links) a good starting upgrade for 40 bucks and i priced the body with it its like 65 or 55 depending on body is this good??

It bolts on to the AX-10 chassis. I would not suggest it, unless you want it for looks. I would go with the GC-3.
