Default Got my AX 90011

You guys have been great on this board, helping me decide which crawler to get.

Following most of the advice for my price range I went with the AX10 90011 with the 55t motor, then upgraded the ESC (Castle Creations) to use my 3 cell lipo's I already have for my T-Rex 450 heli.

Travis from my Local Hobby Town in Tecmecula set it all up for me (programmed the Castle Creations ESC, soldered all the connectors, installed deans pins to match my batteries etc) so I only had to go home and play with it, how cool.

If you live in So Ca, check him out, nice, friendly and VERY helpful.

Now what are some of the watch-outs to look for? I already found out about the drive shaft set screw coming loose, and need to loc tight.

Mounted the on/off switch, not with tape but bolted it on.
Looking forward to lots of play time with this.

Bob
Use to walk, now I crawl

I will upgrade what breaks first. Since we are just playing, not realy crawling maybe they will last a while.

Thanks

A good little fix for the on off switch is to cut it off and solder the wires together. Then when you plug it in its on. Unplug its off.
