Got some good "rock" time today - A full day shaking the Xenop*ssy down. Took most things in its stride. My buddies were running xr10s and a berg and they were setting the gates! The skid is running too low and catching the tops of climbs. I really like running semi droop but not sure that it suits the current set up. Next time out I'll substitute 4" Losi shocks and see how it differs. Any other suggestions more than welcome. Has anyone reversed the front lower hi clearance link? Here's some pictures - it doesn't rain every day in England! |

This pic is blurry, and it shows nearly nothing. Perfect for a really bad teaser pic. |

To all those running a semi droop setup...dont. You wont like it. I found the best setup so far is with a 4" shock. Believe me, this is a much better setup for this chassis.

Hope this works. Just some kitchen counter stuff. It's my first build from scratch I can see a few things to be fine tuned like some of link lengths that have changed from the stock chassis that it had but I'm gonna wait till I can drive it. Axial axles MIP shafts Standard aluminum upgrades Outcry esc Novak 4s Lipo cutoff 45t Integy Towerpro servo Losi Claws Rockstar rims (I polished the green off and painted them myself still don't no if I like the color chime in tell me what you think). I bought them wieghted don't no how much exactly. Stock shocks with limiters inside. On the still to get list: Trans and reciever 2.4 Ghz Lipo's Charger Last edited by RksPlz; 03-06-2011 at 09:12 PM. |

The axial comp shocks are great but need softer springs up front. Think im gonna order up another set for the frogger

that teaser shot....doth mine eyes decieve me, the frog looks to have grown a slight tail up top of the chassis, and the lower portion of the chassis shrunk slightly to give longer upper links???? ME LIKE!! Wish I'd gotten onto one of them froggers @ $35, my backside is still sore from me kicking it for being so silly as to NOT have done it....more of MKII please |
