Default Fastback II - Back in Black

Ok, ok.....I get the hint!

I've been fielding more Fastback PM's than ever before, so I am going to do a limited run of 25 Fastbacks. These will be black only, and there will be a few changes. I will post up details hopefully tonight.

These won't be ready until the end of March though since I will be on vacation in Chicago next week.

I've been getting requests from people to be put on the list so they don't miss out. I will ship these first in, first out so if you want to be included, PM me your screen name and I'll add it as I receive them.

I would say with all of the press KC JoNeS is getting. Someone should get a product out there. I am one of the lucky ones to have gotten a deal. And I have a funny feeling that I will be needing a second fastback in my garage. " DON'T TELL THE WIFE "

Glad to hear it even though I bought a used ff4 fastback earlier this morning. I may just end up getting one though if the used one I bought is thrashed. I am sure a lot of people will be happy to see this. Thanks Juan, count me in for one.

To give everyone an idea of some of the changes:

1. All of the crossbar screws have been changed to the same smaller screws used on the Viper.

2. The rear hood crossbar has been removed. I always felt this was a structural problem, and I wanted to get more material back in this area.

3. Shocks were always inboarded in the past, but this lead to alignment problems especially with rubber bushing shock caps. I decided to make the front use the same shock mount as the Viper. This also takes care of the missing crossbar mentioned above.

I started working on it tonight, but I can tell already that the shock mount is not in the correct position. Here is a shot of it anyway so you can see what I'm talking about, and I'll post changes as they are made:
