Default Bta servo guard?

I just finished building my new to me fastback and really need to protect my servo. Just wondering what everyone else is using to protect their servo with bta setups. I haven't found much that would do good for a backwards servo.

Mine isn't a backwards servo but its VERY easily modified. I just took a piece of 5052 aluminum [bends WAY easier than 6061 and is also pretty cheap!] cut and bent it to size. Simply put all you need is something to go over the top and "back" of the servo to protect it from rock rash. A handy tip is to use a piece of cardboard to mock the design up, and then cut the metal longer than needed to compensate for bending.

Mine isn't a BTA setup but its the same idea

[I pulled this one off on a CNC mill but its VERY easily done using hand tools since accuracy isn't 100% critical ]

Yeah small piece of 20 x 40mm aluminum angle should take car or it nicely.

Had to ask. I tried Dan's Sticky Stuff, works great for holding my ESC and RX in place. Didn't work so well on my servo guard.

Aluminum angle from Lowes, cut to fit. Bent some little tabs down the side to bolt it on. I didn't have any sticky tape.
