Been reading alot about this chassis think I might have to get one. What length upper links are you guys using? Can it be pre-drilled for the trans? I would be useing a vp dig and somehow I know I'll mess up and the holes will be off.

My rear upper links are 87mm not including the rod ends. My front uppers are 55mm to 60mm not including the rod ends.

As for drilling, I dont have a drill press. The best thing to do is get a drill press or use a friend's. I am in the middle of making a template to drill both sportsman and dig setups.

Did you make them or did you buy them that length?

The rear uppers I made...but the fronts are just a stock axial part number. You can get them from the aluminum link kits...or from RPP Hobby or TCS Crawlers.

Yes, of course. But why would you? It does not use a 4 link.

No problem. I'm the one that just ordered the grey chassis from you. I have a couple options I could do, I can tear down my ax10 which was my first plan , I could take axles and trans from my scx10 or just build it buy buying new parts which would take alot longer. Not sure what I'll do yet.

Thanks
Steve

Look for it in the creeper section, I was sorta stuck as to were it should be posted seeing how it has an axial trans in it and creeper axles but I think the axles have a little more heart in the system....who knows
