Thanks Pipes, yeah you saw the finished pics . I got a small bit more work to do {visual} on the back of the rim but other than that, and enough tapping to drive me mad, im done with the rim part, I just need to work on the locking ring now

Well USPS showed up with my screws so once I get them cleaned up and ready to go, they are heading your way . Sadly you can't use the original locking rings since I changed the spacing of the holes so im going to ship you some new ones in the box... now im off to blow these suckers off and let them sit overnight before I de-burr it or it seems to grow burrs

Ha wasn't as bad as I thought... so all's well with the rims.

Uhh rings, Delrin or aluminum. All I got is black Delrin and the screws are Stainless so... your call

Well all I know is the first rims I made weren't right so I am making these. As for the rig, I guess I should have swung by his house when I was in Florida

Ok so minus a PM with tracking info... here's the last your prob going to see of the rims before they go to Duuuude

I need to do more work on the rings but I thought i'd snap a pic for ya-all to enjoy, till then im off to go finish these and box em up


rings brushed, I am almost done with these evil things... aah at least I got a custom jig out of it

Now we can get back to Duuude being a hack dude in his garage
