trust me ive been watchin that build here and orcrc.com,when i saw the FSJT in its raw form i was like Hmmm in a good way then when i saw the trick anod red VP version i was like NIIICE! and thats when it bit me and got me thinking bout makin one for the PD but with some slight modifications via cnc/manual mill so it will go in the PD chassis nice and clean as if it was ment for it.

just gotta get one in my hands to start drawin up some prints with a VP hurtz in the picture.

Here you go Mr.Crawl, I hope these are what you are wanting. Did them on the fly real quick. Note the "OG Frogger" in the foreground.

Ask and you shall recive huh? Thanks man, that thing looks awesome!

Sooo shiny new, looks like the PD with the right shocks has the necessary flex but not over kill I like it,ment to ask you what size spacers are you using on the VP wheels? Got me a pair of SLW V4s comin (black/blue rings) didn't know exactly what to get so I just got the .600.

Can't wait to maybe get to run our PDs together to observe what effects the subtle differences between our rigs have.

Oh and I love those OG froggers, almost as much as the poison dart but just not there.

Started to get a few parts coming in on the electronics end. Also got some cool little parts coming from rcbros hobbies. They are the Flush servo mounts, they eliminate breaking the ears off of your servo's and reinforces them. Great price and great customer service from William. I really felt they would be a big plus to mounting the servo to the VP dig unit.

Going with Hitec 225mg for the dig, A Hitec 7950th for the steering. I am pretty loyal to John so going to go with a HH 35t Torquemaster being run by the Tekin FX-R. I want to get a hotwire when I get the FX-R. I am also finally going to step up on batteries. I have not gone Lipo yet so, with this rig and the "OG" will go Lipo at the same time. Been chatting with Chris_the_Battery_man and he has been really helpful to me. So, going to spend some money with him. I have yet to decide on a radio any suggestions on Radio's ?

here is a wire diagram before my mods

now i have the BEC wired strait to the steering servo, and i took the leftover +/- servo wire and re soldered them to the BEC +/- and only the esc and steering servo sig wire goes into the receiver.

the reason behind this was the DIG servo doesnt take the 7.4V the steering will so i just use the fxr BEC for the receiver/DIG servo.

Thank you Jason, I hope to start getting some items soon. I figure with your input and the electronics thread I should not screw it up to bad. But, I have screwed up easier things.

If you plan to run a high voltage servo for steering, and a lower voltage servo for dig, then you cannot use that diagram up above. I recommend this setup.

This setup gives the steering servo full use of the BEC, while the ESC's internal BEC is used to give juice to the dig servo.

Now that is the best Diagram yet. Color coded and everything ! Thank you Casey. Now when it comes to attaching the BEC direct to the Servo anyone have a good detail picture of it ? I have said it before and I will say it again " Wiring Electronics is not my best skill ."
