The nearest we find, in the middle of our countries. Can swim?? Lawyer...?? Only one lawyer? I've got 12...and you?? No, I think we can find another solution. Can show you pics of my Blader's patented air hooks, will you? How much you pay?? Ok, exclusively for you, my AX as convertible: You see the air hooks? Isn't it a hightech innovation? But ... psssst .... don't show it to other people, must be our secret!! Blader |

I tried the same thing on the "Original Frogger Chassis". I tried it with Lexan it just was not very flexible. So, I gave up the idea. You must dig youself into some deep holes to need 12 Lawyers on retainer. |

It's looking really good Blader, I must make a start on mine soon. Funds had to be re-appropriated to pay for the new 1:1 Defender. I'm thinking about a Targa roof on mine, just not sure that I've got the patience to cut the slots out for the panels to slide in - would be cool though! Good to see that you found some black RIT. I've picked a different colour! |

Yes my lexan didn't work too. The plastic I used is difficult to heat, it becomes "wavy" very fast. @ Dasher, thanks. The 1:1 should be more important Targa roof will be fine, continue, I'm waiting!! My next work will be the side panels, I don't know yet which material I will use. @ higlucks Thanks for the info...another candidate for my lawyers.... Blader

You don't need to, their instruments are nonsense for you. May I call you "Eagle-Eyed Highlucks" ?? Yess, they were installed wrong, but how could you see that on these little pics? Thanks again Blader

Aaah, that's the reason... Did some work this evening. My Carbon was too stiff, so I used Lexan and a not really beautiful Carbon foil. Take a look: It's a little bit too much black now, I'll look for some stickers. Blader |

Skins look great. at least with them being lexan if you ever get board you can change the backing design.

Found something this morning.... Now the optical part is closed. Some new upper links of delrin and perhaps a new steering rod will be done in the next days. This weekend I'll go rocking the rocks. Let's see if that all works what I constructed... Blader |

Yeah, I enjoyed it yesterday...for three minutes. I made a rock, where I had problems with my old rig, very easily, that was soo cool. But then I had no more 4wd, just 2WD. I can't describe you my feelings... . The "rock the rocks-day" was over. Later in the evening I found out that three little screws in the tranny which fix the outdrives at the gear became loose. Nothing more! Couldn't this have happened in my tests at home? No, but 100kms away... Now I installed the new steel parts and fixed the screws with loctite. Hope, this will never happen again... but I think, this car will find something else to make me Blader |

Oh man...that is super frustrating. Today, I ran my scaler out in Hong Kong. It took me 1.5 hours on the train. I started to run, and the screw that connects the drag link to the servo horn disappeared. DOH! Oh well...loctite is your friend. Hahaha. Casey |

Hi Casey, fine to see, that I'm not alone Must have been frustrating for you too... I've learned much in the last years, so I always take alot of spare parts, tools and screws with me. The parts I have with me, never die. But everything around... Whoever is responsible for that... Murphy?? Blader |

Man, sorry about what i've read. Here is me in 90% of my hangouts: a) the driveshafts brake b) the screws that hold the driveshafts get loose c) smoke coming out from the motor (just once) d) servo failure (quite often) e) broken pins from the CVD shafts (not lately) f) broken pins from the driveshafts (not lately) g) lack of the rocks at the usual crawling place (very often) |

Hi Lucas, yes, I would like to meet you, but from me to München are 350km. Let's meet in the forum @ jimmyshor if I read your list, I understand that mine are peanuts But some of yours happened to me too. Let's make the things bullet proof...but if nothing breaks...what shall we work on?? If I'm waiting for parts and can't continue, already after two days I feel an certain emptyness... Blader |

My crawling day yesterday ended like this: The poor 3racing shaft wasn't able to handle all the enormous power of the motor when the wheel was stuck in a hole and I tried to get it out without touching the car. My luck, it was 30 min after I began to have a lot of fun with this thing. It runs fine, some issues I found out to be changed, but all in all I'm very happy with it. The steering cannot stay in front, the arm always hangs up at edges. I'm thinking about this solution: What do you mean, is my caster angle ok? There is not much room for a bta steering, so I'm going to try the ota steering. The next point is the wheels. The tires and the foams are too soft and the tires always pop out of the beadlock of these cheap wheels. I really hope that the fine 10spoke will arrive soon, so that I can install the Rovers with 2stage foams. I also would like to see the difference between Chisel and Rover. Are the Rovers much better? I don't really see a significant difference between chisels and Rovers. I personally like the reputation the Sedonas carry and there appearance. That is what I choose for mine but, I have yet to run them myself.
