| Stub shaft slop... just checking.
So I was looking through the forum and the best fix I found for stub shaft slop was some super thin shims placed between the stub and the bearings. I just wanted to make sure I had that right and that I wasn't missing anything else. Thanks guys. |

Ah, I've been down this road before. Thin shims or washers will help...a little. You'll never completely get rid of the slop, you'll learn to tolerate it.

The shims for the LCC worm gear work great. I used 3 between the bearing and the hex pin. Link to shims: http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...rodID=LOSA6358 |
