out in field diagnostics... ax has no go

Engine turns spur and pinion but no power to the drive shaft... ax10 with dna dig... good esc good battery good everything just somewhere im losing power to the drivv shafts... nothing is loose everything feels snug... help if ya can

stripped plastic idler gear in the trans is my guess.

Stock gears plus weights I guess equal no bueno...... so is it axial specific gears or does traxxas fit or any other readily availables fit? Which are better?

You want the Robinson Racing steel idler and one piece lower gear. As far as I know, they trans gears are axial specific.

Might as well get some fresh bearings for the trans roo so you don't have to take it apart again for quite a while.
