That's a huge PITA...I've dealt with that issue before and ended up using wire gauge drill bits from the tap and die section. They usually have their size listed on the packaging to 3 decimal places....and they're accurate

If you're using it for the link and shock mounting holes...a #31 bit works nicely and provides a tight fit.

I won't be doing the engraving on all of them until the new collet set comes in, but here is progress.

I have a Nikon D60 laying around here somewhere. I want to setup a small photo booth. In the mean time, I've been posting from my phone.

I'm hoping to have the AX10 preorders ready to ship on Monday, and will open a vendor thread shortly after with all pricing details.

Just joking (ie camera equip), but it does help when you reach vendor status that a clear picture tell a thousand word.

I will be waiting for release of the product and some other review on this, so far so good.

It's not a drill bit. I need to find consistency with router bits. I need bore and cut bits. I'm purchasing 1/8" bits, and every one is a different frigging size. It's getting very frustrating. I need a bit the measures .125" and so far, the Bosche 1/8" bits have ranged from .128 to .131. The Diablo bits from Home depot are coming in at .126 to .128. That may not seem like a big difference, But it's enough to mean the difference between a Beadlock ring holding the bead or not and there being enough material around link holes on a chassis. I'm now looking at machinists end mill bits.

How's this rig been working for you recently...any updates or setup changes?

I've switched to ProLine Powerstroke shocks with Mini-T springs. Currently running blues, but am going to try lighter.

I'm also in the process of switching to the production center mount servo mount. The current side mount has caused far too many problems and let me down for the last time.

Oh. And I'm almost done with a similar chassis for the LCC/LNC.
