where to find the GC-3A link plate's?

The front plate has different link mounts than the rear plate. I can't speak for their location relative to the axle center line, but the rears have less triangulation AFAIK.

The link provided is the front plate. You can tell because of the oval hole which is there to accommodate different sized servos.
