Default Driveshaft issues on AX10 with VP Dig setup

I've been having issues with the driveshafts coming off the outdrive of the VP dig unit. I have changed the front to the pinned outdrives and they work great. Does anybody have suggestions for fixing the rear?

I have double grub screws already in place and used lock tight but it still comes off after about an hour of running.

you can drill a lil relief hole in the output shaft so the screws will bite a lil better.

are you letting the loctite dry for 24hrs before using it?
