I am getting ready to give it a go to get my Sporty back up to speed. I am going to mount my servo and battery under my servo plate, but I am going to stick my bec and ESC on top. I have a CC MM going up there. I am going to mount a Berg/dlux style front upper link mount on mine to protect the ESC and BEC. I am thinking this should work. What size battery have you guys been getting away with? I have a bunch of 4s 450's I am going to probably run. |

Cool. This will date me, but I was running 1350 thunderpowers on the front when we wanted stuff heavy.

Another quick question I forgot to ask. It looks as if you switched your tranny to run the motor on the side it was initially intended to be run on. I remember many of us were reversing them to get rid of some torque twist. What made you switch back to the first direction. Also another bling factor in my mind was to hozzel out the skid so I could slide the motor wires underneath the tranny getting them low. I am pretty sure that was not costing me comp wins before, but hey, why right? |

As for the motor wires, once I upload the pictures you will see our motor wires are only about 1" long. Tom is kicking butt on this build. It's the easiest one I've ever had to do! | |

Great job on the comp this weekend. Us NTX guys also had a comp, and I pulled out my 2.2s for the first time in a long while. I made it through 5 gates on the first course, and blew out an old rear link. I was really having fun up to that point as well. Kindof rejuvinated my interest in this rig.

Great build here. Awesome rig, just recently started working on mine. I definitely need to tidy up my electronics. Do you happen to know if those hubs can be run thinner than thenarrowest slw? I also need to order some knuckle wieght holders from you soon.
