Ok, next steps on the ToDo list:

-change rear and front upper Links to 4mm Ti Links
-change all the hardware to aluminium hardware
-change the "2009-style" spacers to 6mm Delrin spacers
-change the front alu wheels to plastic wheels like on the rear axles
-maybe place the steering behind the axle

I hope i can do this things on saturday, planned RTR weight are in the moment 1700g "thumbsup"

And here the actually weight:

http://www.rccrawler.at/forum/download/file.php?id=9172

1581gramms ( 3lb 4.8oz )

At the moment the balance is 55:45...
Next i will change the last screws with alu hardware and i´ll change the MIP´s , so i would loose round another 90gramms...
There is also an skidplate where i can loose some weight... i need more time to work on this thing :lmao:

Am I missing something? I don't see any front shocks.

Gerry 01-13-2013 10:34 PM

The RollerCoaster drive since 2009 without front shocks, the front axle is fixed.
