The 2.2s class is awesome we run only shafty in our group and we have on a average of 12 guys that run once a month we are coming up on our 4 th comp of our season. This is our second year so hopefully the class is going to grow, cant wait to see some of the upcoming builds.

I agree. The most fun I have had driving has been with shafties.

This rush is exactly why I have been working hard on products geared toward people on a budget, and shafties.

The CreationFab SportsmanKush chassis is almost ready for production, I cant keep splined tubes coming fast enough, and I have a couple other tricks up my sleeves for the losi guys

Says a lot about the shafty class. And it's translating to a hell of a lot of work for me to tackle, and a hell of a fun time on the rocks!

These two don't always go together as well as many would think

But I agree on the fun part

I hope the trend continues up here. I don't really want to drive for an hour and a half just to check out a comp.

I've drug my old AX10 kit out and am tearing it down to do a Edge conversion. I love the look and have been studying the old builds. I know it's top heavy, but there's plenty of tricks to help lower CG.

I have to say I agree on the 2.2 Shaft class as being the best. I like my MOA and do well with it but I like my Shafty better. Our club was forty plus members in the Shafty days comps took most of the day. Now it's a third of that and take a little over a hour. New people just aren't that interested in making the investment for a MOA.
