Really a nice build Ronald it's a class act all the way through. I'm delighted to see all the new super high tech Sporty builds it's a great class and I'm glad it's coming back in a big way. I'm sure this truck will serve you very well. |

| Re: Haastnooit's AXR10 2.2s NCD SuDuOne Still waiting on the driveshafts …. ... So no real progress to be made ... However I did some work on the car, I changed out the CF upperlinks with the Axial rodends to ones fitted with revo ends. The Axial rodends were fitted with revo balls as I don’t have Axial brand, and the fit is a little bit to sloppy for my liking. I guess they will be fine when using the original Axial balls. I will be sending the old ones to vovo if he wants them ... |

The new links with revo ends come in 2 grams heavier then the first set, but I spend it wisely ... all slop is gone Quote:

Hey Ronald it was late here when i took the pics and i was tired lol. I did realise i did one other mod at the time i forgot to document that saved about 5g and that was i ligtened my vp hubs front and rear. I also used alloy axial aftermarket balls in axial rod ends which further helped my cause of saving weight. So it may have been a similar weight reduction Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2 |

| Re: Haastnooit's AXR10 2.2s NCD SuDuOne So with my build at a standstill at the moment I did some CAD work and whipped up some wheeldesigns … I finalized two more series … Again nothing to crazy … Chess Roman I am making these designs just for my own fun, don’t need so many wheels … However to my believe this hobby is all about sharing, so I always send my template’s to Tomy .… |

Hey Ronald you really going all out on the wheel designs. Well done. Some similar to my own but different NCD is going to have plenty of design options for everyone now to choose and make their rigs unique Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2 |

Thanks Ben, it is nice to make some designs while waiting on parts ... Designs will always tend to look somewhat the same, there are only somany ways to go about it ... | |

Forgot to mention some details about backrings ... The "Roman" and "Stars 'n Stripes" wheeldesigns have a matching backring as option to the stock shaped backring. Also there is a matching backring for the Kelt v2 |

I think it is personal preference only ... there is no better Both ways of wheelconstruction have positive and negative features that will weigh differently to everybody ... I always look at it this way ... Glue-on pro: lightweight cons: tires not interchangeable Beadlock: pro: tires are interchangeable cons: heavyweight |
