Default Wild Willy - not so wild...

Hi

I've had an AX10 chassis for quite a while, had it taken apart a few times to use parts of it for other projects, but eventually put it all back together again in order to get a descent crawler next to all my scalers which mostly lack good crawling characteristics due to their nature... .

So I'm currently in the process to "pimp" the chassis a little with lots of aluminum and also had to make a decision on what body I would put on it.

Not being a friend of plain Lexan bodies and because here in Germany everyone seems to get a Wild Willy these days I thought I go for one and adapt it to my AX10.

As I said before, it's still a WIP, so you'll have to be a little patient until I can present the results, but I won't leave you without an appetizer, of course...

To be continued...

Tom

Thanks. Making the arm turn was nearly impossible due to the stiffness of the driver figure's arm... .

Oh I see, maybe you can make a racing suit for him to wear....

I have seen one (with moving steering wheel and arm) in youtube, can't find it at the moment....

Thanks.

Oh yes, that is fine. Lots of weight in the axles and wheels, very light body.

Anyhow, I don't use my ax10 for heavy climbing, for that I have my Wraith...
