working on the front shock setup, I removed the old shocks and tower, you can see how much more clean it is.

I also got some cantilever ideas from a friend,

That looks super clean! I am looking forward to how you figure out the cantilever shock setup. How well does it side hill?

Here is a video shot by Jeepsohigh, first comp, first course, not bad, still needs more steering, and a softer setup, more wheelspeed. This was before any of the steering and suspension upgrades that i am currently working on.

Wow that's impressive for that truck...

Just wondering... How in anyway is this an AX10?

I can't get anyone to buy all my Ofna stuff, so I may actually get to build one of these as well.

If you watched the video , without the steering upgrade its like driving a semi truck around, no turning radius at all, doing something there is a must to be competitive.

My stuff is pre-pillow ball. With a little knuckle trimming its got gobs of steering. Its also got straight lower arms.

with the knuckle swap complete I need to hold off on the cantilever shock setup until after i get the steering rack upgraded, fixing this to take full advantage of the knuckle setup is more important right now, I am only using half the steering potential with the OFNA rack setup. I will be making a new rack and servo mount to tighten up the steering, and use full potential of the Axial knuckles and universals.

its hard to see but the current rack bottoms out on the front diff housing before the universals even come close to bottoming out.

I noticed that with mine last night. Are you thinking of a modified rack or something completely different?

Nope, I believe I have a plan...just need to think on it some more. All that movement is going to be a chore to deal with for sure...

Do you think the ball/cup linkage is stout enough or will regular rod ends be needed?

Just use the ball cups, they will be fine
