PROJECT X

An experimental take on the 2.2S truck
Started life as a Ofna SC now 2.2S

Specs to follow

put it here basically because it has a Axial trans, no other category it really fits in.

Specs,
12.5 wb
11.375width
4.6 lbs, rtr with 850 3sLiPo
No knuckle or wheel weight as of now
2.75 front diff clearance at full droop
2.5 rear diff clearance at full droop
3.5 chassis clearance at the highest point
7955 servo for now
Castle mmp esc
Holmes 45t
Axial trans with all metal gears and outputs
Wraith kit rims, with shaved sedonas and proline two stage memory foam

If you insist, i built this in about 4 hours from SC to 2.2s, using parts i had in the shop.

Nice! I'm thinking about doing the same thing with my spare Ofna stuff, though I was going to do something more like the Poulson setup.

What did you do to lock the diffs?

Tomorrow i want to trim off the shock towers, and soften the suspension more, i think i have a set of big bores to try out on it with mini springs, and mount the body,

Maybe i can get a little better video of it running on the rocks as well

Have you tried mounting the front A arms upside down? I figure it'd give you more GC and allow a shorter shock.
