That rig looks very dangerous. Should we have small training session saturday evening?

Thanks. Most likely we should. I'm still short of the springs, but I have now tested it with mini-t pinks on the front and SCX10 originals on the rear.

IT GOES LIKE HELL

That was very cool of you to link that in there for me. I've already sent him a pm and I'm looking forward to a response.

It's finally ready for it's first comp at the nationals on friday. Had about 40 batteries testing with it, and I think it'll do well. Weight dropped out to 1700g. I'm pleased with that. I'll try to do well with the SuDu One for NCD!

Yeah, I'm pretty pleased with my 14th at the Nationals. Since it was the first comp with the new chassis and everything. Here are the performances:

Team DeBead Course:

Krawler Konceptz Course:

Brood Course:

EDIT: Embedding seems to be out of order...?

Woah, that Brood course was a tough one

Skinny Rovers might just be the best part of this rig. These are awesome. In Prescott there was simply hellish grip on these.

Right now I'm aboad on vacation and training for next season with the shafty. First stop was in Barcelona Spain and now I'm heading to La Valletta in Malta at Mediterranean sea. Final stop will be at Naples in Italy. Weather is great and Mojitos tastes good from sunrise to sunset. Take that.

Some updates for the rig as we head down 2014:

It is turning really well with the Dlux shaved shafts.

I switched the rear wheels other way around and put 225 hub in there. Now it is 265mm wide at front and 260mm wide at rear.

This body has served well, but it has to step aside from the new one.

I have 75mm clearance at the front and 90mm at the rear.

Electrics are awesome in this thing: Team Brood Racing Conflux 30T, Holmes Hobbies BR Mini, Castle BEC, Gens Ace 450mAh battery and Futaba BLS157HV.

I have 50 grams of knuckle weights in each tire. So it's 100g for the rig.

It does flex little over one Skinny Rover.

Rear axle has been clocked. so the drive shafty stays in high.

Here's my new body. Still missing the inside skinz from Krawler Konceptz, but I'm happy with the body choise so far.

Body is still finding it's place on the chassis.

This is the weight RTR without KK skinz.

I'll be comping with this in February at Spanish Nationals. Rig seems to be in good shape, and even I have managed to train little since, we don't have snow yet. WOOHOO.

Thanks Ben! There's just few more adjustments I need to do for the suspension and then the rig is ready for some serious comping. I'm loving to drive it at the moment. It goes really well. We'll be having camera with us in Spain for sure!
