Anyways:

Here's where I started. Good old SWX chassis finally will be replaced...

Oh deary me. So much memories with this budd, you served well.


Rear axle quite about ready.


Attaching the transmission to the SuDu chassis.




Here it is without upper links:




Darn, got to get me a longer rear shaft..


Body seems to be suiting really well in that!


These pics were from sunday. Today I was at garage making the upper links. Rig is together now, I'll just have to order some more stuff for it:

- Titanium upper links by Lunsford
- LaaLaa Skinny Rovers are on the way
- Some springs and mini-t cups for the shocks
- And some other little stuff

Hopefully I get it going in two weeks?

Some progress made today. I did order some stuff from Crawler Innovations yesterday:

- TI upper links
. Revo rod ends
- Big bore rebuild kit for the SCX10 shocks
- Mini-T springs

And today I assembled the new LaaLaa Skinny Rovers:





Ground clearance is looking rather good








Steering with 850 SLW hubs on the front:


I'll have to consider on putting 850's at the rear axle as well...


SR's compared to old BC's:


The rig weight is currently 1830g RTR. It'll be under 1800g when I'll attach the aluminium screws and rest of the parts.

Now all I can do is wait for the stuff to show up.

Looks great. I'm super interested in hearing more on these tires. Seems like a good common ground as far as the pin/lug debate.
