How do the driveshafts connect to the outputs of the trans?

Will do man! I dont really understand infants though. I like them when they get around the 18mth age so I can throw them around a bit and play.

Will do and I plan on doing the same here in just a second.

After spending all day yesterday trying to be supportive in labor and then not sleeping all night, I am beat but, I felt the need to make a tiny bit of progress today. I think that speaks volumes about how excited I am about this build.

Simple and effective skid, MOA style.

Not sure on the trans yet. I dont have it being tested like my other parts so I need to wait until this car is done to see if it even works.

My concern is that the trans will be somewhat hard to mount for a lot of people and selling parts that are difficult to setup does not serve me well. I will probably sell some on the side at first and see how it goes and if people are able to install and run them relatively trouble free. If they can, I will put them on my site, if they have issues I will only sell on the side and try to explain as well as I can that it will be a 5 banana job, buy at your own risk sort of thing.

Erik, I love the trans and the narrow skid. My custom chassis is 1 5/8" or 1.625" wide. But you might have seen how I had to mount the motor to make the traditional tranny fit... If you need a tester, I've got the chassis all ready!

Axles look great and I can't wait to see what else you try out.

Congratulations on the baby! Mine is 3 months old now. I hope you are able to get some sleep!

I got a couple of things figured out today.

First thing was the links. The links were a bit tougher than normal since the skid is so narrow and the axle mounts are relatively wide. I had to bend the links on multiple planes just to relieve binding. This was my biggest concern about the narrow skid so I am happy that it all looked to have worked out.

Took some old big bores that I had laying around and tried to freshen them up a bit and then installed them. And finally got this car to a roller.
