I was invited to be a 5th Dimension team driver and received a care package today. I couldnt wait to see this chassis together and wasted no time replacing my old Ringer. Im stoked to get this thing on the rocks soon. Heres a quick run down of the parts list. Big thanks to Travis and Steve at the 5th Dimension for giving me the opportunity.

Looks good mangZ when you have time I think you should consider changing you links to move the chassis forward a bit between the axles. Looks like you shock angles are having to compensate for that difference a bit. But for just slapping it together, it looks like it should run well.

Thanks for the compliments, glad to be part of the 5th D team. There will be some changes soon but for building two cars in one night its pretty close to how I want it. Some tuning in the next couple days will let me know what doesn't work and I'll post up the results of what I find out.

Ran it today, not changing anything for the comp on Saturday except maybe painting a new body (cracking bad). This car is a great replacement for my old Ringer and performs just as good if not better, very happy with the current set up.

Glad to hear it is performing better than a Nats winning chassis design.

Hit up Crawllife if you need some paint work done. Steve and I have both commissioned him to rehash our schemes

I dig your body mounts can't beat them for the price:thumbup: I used 1/4 20 wind nuts with the wings shaved off of them for a more rounded head and haven't had any issues with taking them off.
