Well the Boxer made its third appearance at our local comp. I don't think I changed anything since the last comp. It was a pleasure to drive and put one perfect score on the board and one reverse on the second I think. I then got in a hurry on the third course and clipped two gates..... Lol. That knocked me down to third place but it was a great day and I am looking forward to the next comp.

Yup our mortal enemies at the IRS cant work fast enough. I'm trying to put a parts list together so when I pull the trigger i'm not trying to figure out what I need and where to get it.

I think we need to before I buy some stuff that may or may not work right. I'm trying to figure out shock lengths and brand along with whose beef tubes. I know I'll be using vp hubs and knuckles for my xr10 mod. Cliff and Baldy are using scx10 shocks and yours uses traxxas big bores. I'm thinking big bores because they have a better sealing system where as the scx10 shocks leak a lot.

Well.... Cliff and Baldy are running parts they already had and doing very well. I am sure that any number of parts would work but I have a precise set that I would recommend if you are starting from scratch.

You are absolutely right about that. From what I saw saturday Barry is a guru when it comes to chassis design and setup.

I am absolutely loving this truck...... Had another club comp last weekend and the truck flat works and is a joy to drive. I have one more thing new to try on it...... EddieO hooked me up with a torque monster to put under the lid......

I made it out on the rocks this weekend for a fun comp in our off season locally. We had no Sporty courses so I did a little running. The Conflux under the hood is feeling much better than the Vapor for my style. I love the extra drag brake I have now and the confidence it gave me. Thanks EddieO

I also want to congratulate the CCC French team. David and Francis took 2nd and 3rd in the French Nats "The Big" yesterday. Here is a picture of the Boxer. I also want to thank them for sending me a matching shirt and I wore it proudly at the fun run..... Picture to prove it!

What do you like more about the conflux over the vapor ( besides the for mentioned drag break)?
