Would it not be advantageous to rotate the skid and get the tranny forward and the motor on the right side?
I choose that position to get a shorter stick at the rear to get more clearence to the rocks. If you look at the birds view from side you could see. Also i would like to have the more of weight of the motor in front. Also i could shorter motorcables.

I choose the motor position because i try to get the same(not really) weight on each side.

Leftside
-Servo about 75g
-most of the gearboxweight because the gears and shaft are on these side about 40g

Rightside
-motor about 130g
-aku about 45g

Not same but better than motor/servo at the same side

The pics shows only the reality. The cam i use is only a i phone 4S - not a proficam

Shocks are still stolen from my pro rig, because i'm just waiting for my shock's with killercaps from RcBros.

i have to use the red spacers. Otherwise the steering link could push the upper carbonlinks

delrinlinks

4mm titanlinks which fritz made for me...after we finished we spoke about to change to a straight version in front. At rear they are fine.

No matter the country of origin clean builds such as this will get respect by me. The German builds will always have a spot in my rc rock crawling heart, however. You guys really push the boundaries and have exceptional craftsmanship skills.
Thank you sir and a Happy New Year to you as well.

It's 176mm from eye to eye using the original red VP Wraith Knuckelsarms.

@RcBro - Thanks Will!! Please remember that i'm still waiting for my RcBros shocks with the "killercaps"...first comp is comming soon...
@RockMafia - Thank you

Some weeks before i got some nice parts from Everett of EverettY Design...narrowed Vodoo's. I have to say that everett did a super clean job on them and you could believe that these words are really true!!!

I also got some nice new parts i will put into my SuDu one FL...shifts & slim shifts
I specially like that they run directly off the pin, allowing me to remove hexes and save even more weight. Also they will give me the chance to adjust the offset simply by adding or removing spacers.
The hubs have 6 holes tapped to #4-40 and 6 other holes drilled to 2.5mm, ready for a M3.
At the rear i will go with the slim version - in front i go with the normal version.
The shifts are very cool parts and worth every cent.

I also thought about to have a look at the plastic axial parts for the wraith to use at the rear. i think there is only one point to choose the plastic way...weight saving for every price, For the way i go i will choose the shifts, but i will test the plastic version also.

I cutted the shafts to fix them with the custom tranny...with the titanshaft i will left 4-5g

Here are my NCD wheels - inside 2.0mm - outside 1.5mm

Narrowed Voodoo's with 6.0 foams and wheel but without shift(102g)

...more will follow soon...
