Look into the rcbros burly tubes so you can use vanquish wraith c-hubs and knuckles. They will net you a half inch wider per side on the front with axial xr universals. Better steering and a stronger design.

Your making the right move.

You won't regret better steering, ever.

It's just awesome, compared to stock stuff.

RcBros tubes are the baddest thing on the market right now.

Super clean, easy to install, and added beef where your axles are weak.

Ok Q I'm about to start ordering parts but I don't know what axle I should get for the fact that I'm using the ax10 axle housing but using the xr10 c rubs and stuff.

You can get clearanced ones from Dlux in the vendors section. There only a little more than stock and they are good to 70 degrees. He ships fast as well.

RCBros has beef-tubes that fit the AX10 housing, convert it to XR width, and then stock XR universals will fit.

Get plastic XR c-hubs and knuckles if you're on a tight budget.

It's a bit harder to get your steering up high with the plastic stuff, but the steering is still worth it.

Axial, VP, and others make steering arms that give you various options.

If you've got the budget, VP Incision knuckles are the ticket. They can be purchased many places due to their popularity.

Ok I just ordered a tranny and front axle it's a stock set up but I'll be ordering the parts to do the xr10 mod to the front axle but going to be running befor the other parts come in. It was just cheaper to get a complete stock front axle then all the parts. I also got the pro line Front Frame extension kit, I think it will make a cool looking set up. I'll post pix when the parts come in.
