Figures, I go out to relax and my 3 year old micro sidewinder takes a dump, it was just a matter of time. It has been in 4 different rigs. So I bought a new one and a fresh servo. They should be here by the end of the week. At least it did not do it at the NENQ.

That's what I'm talking about John!!!

Sucks about ur ESC tho.. Nothing like goin to get some drive time and wasting the time driving there for something to fail.. Hope you took a second rig!?

Sucks about ur servo at the NENQ too.. Getting it taken care of.

Oh I'll be ready, should have all my goodies in by Sat. I still need to hit Br00d up for a killer motor to go with a killer chassis. Luckily Troy it is only 10 min from my house. I got 7 packs in before it gave out.

We shall see, I like to keep my options open. I have heard good things about the 13t 500 puller motors from JRH. Scatterbrains suggested the chaos from Br00d.

Beautiful rig! Those tires and wheels really set that thing off.

Which paint was used on the windshield and rear bars of the black body?

I have a handwound Holmes, so I know they make good stuff, I'm sure the 500 is as good as the reports say.
But if you prefer to stay with Br00d, remember he does have on his website the CVR (5 segment) option, jus' sayin'. ( I'm not familiar enough with the Chaos line to know if that's a decent can to start with.)
I've been quite curious about the flat wire option, but since I prefer my Sporty motors to be as subtle as a punch in the face, I'm thinking my next motor will be another Apocalypse, but with the HHK (big wire) option next time.

Thanks for the input guys, got the servo in the mail from servo city, waiting on the esc should be here Monday. After I get paid I can figure out what direction I want to go. I would like to pick up the RCbros shock bodies also to help with my leaky shocks.

New servo and micro sidewinder in today, have some wiring to do and I'll be running again. Cant wait to drive at our clubs favorite crawling spot, Palmerton PA this weekend. We have a scale comp but I'll be up there early for some testing and tuning. Pics to come.

I'm using the exo pins in my MIPs. They don't stick out like the traxxas pins.
