| ax10 rebuild help?
I'm a newbie to building crawlers and i just picked up a somewhat ax10 that needs alot of help so i would appreicate any help where to start? I would like to custom build it with good stuff and to make it a reliable crawler for my daughter? thanks Terry

The drive shafts are the weakest link. I use MIP drive shafts. Or you can use Traxxas drive shafts listed below. All metal gears in the trans. Steel output shafts in the trans as well. Avid has good cheap bearings. If you ever have to replace the speed control Holmes Hobbies has a great speed control for $69.99. Crawler innovation has most the stuff here. Axle & Transmission Parts You will need the 5mm Yokes. Good tire like the white dot Rovers are great tires and foams. |
