Default ax10 weights.

I just want to know what some of the weights are out there so i have a decent goal. Im trying for under 5 lbs with mine. Im in the mid 5s at the moment and have some more "trimming" to do to get it there. What are some realistic weights?

I'm running 3lbs 8ozs rtr..

But it's not about the weight. Build it and crawl it. As you change wheels for lighter ones or get aluminum hardware, cross braces, etc, etc, over time. The weight comes off and it just ends up what it ends up.

Some guys like light, some are shooting for heavier.

IMO. The biggest gain in weight savings/performance gain is wheels. If ur running VP DH wheels, they are heavy and hard on the drive train.
Lighter wheels allow everything to work/perform better.

If you're talking a stockish AX10 chassis, you'll never get that low. If you're talking an aftermarket chassis, 4lbs is easily attainable.
