Thank you very much Billy. It is people like you that drive me to push the limits and try new ideas.

Well that's great and that's just what this sport/hobby needs. The last thing we need is for everything to be mass produced from some factory in China like everything else. Nothing better IMO than a man with an idea to better something and seeing it through to a finished product. The love of a sport/hobby is too dependent on $ now and that is not how I like to teach my kids. So I salute you and will always support the smaller guy than give my $ to a corporation. Keep up the good work as we will be watching. Lol not from outside your window or anything

Updated pic with electronics cleaned up and big bores turned down. Put a lid, wheels/tires and a pack on and it comes in just over 3lbs. It's light!

Looking good David. What's your plan on the paint for the lid?

I'm sticking with the Gucci theme. I like things goofy as possible and it seems to suit me I think. As I guy that chose his RCC name as a mockery of " thug life" from 2pac, I'll be continuing to come up with odd stuff for paint ideas bro.
I hope to wheel with you soon bro!

As soon as I recover from my move back to pa I'll be building a sporty with a rock spider chassis and a 12" unlimited to go with my mini. Until then I'll just wheel crackheads rigs! I can't wait to see you and the misses. You to were always great to hangout with and super genuine friends!

Mip in pic for shaft diameter comparison.

Damn that motor/trans fits soooooo well!

The cleanest smash install I've had!

.5 ounce per side is all a 3lb rig needs

So I want to thank all my sponsors. Without them, financing would be much tuffer! I have to give Barry an extra shout out here. These shafts are on him. He cut them to length, did his homework on the down side of these shafts and busted his ass to solve any potential issue! He is a dedicated sponsor and great friend. So many people have shit on him for things they are guilty of themselves. I hope someone attacks rc4wd for coming out with a pin tire!! It's a copy it's copy!!!! I just think people are afraid of what CCC stands for. Bringing affordable, reliable parts to a super niche market. No one has patents on these things and the only complaint anyone could have about CCC is that there is competition. Sorry, that's the American way. So the best thing to do when we run out of insults.....point out he isn't the worlds best driver. Lol!!! Ok, enough of my gushing and expressing disappointment in what I've read and seen. Barry, thank you for your support bro!

Heat shrink on your SDI shaft?

That's a really good idea.

Might have to do that to my mini so nothing get loose/lost.

Glue under the heat shrink. That pin is going nowhere

No def stuck painting Thursday night .... If I can get most of them done during the day I can leave earlier and drag ass for sporty with no sleep ... I'll buy the ticket just in case but an 18 hour drive is still 18 hours so if I have to be there for 9 am I'd have to leave by like 3 pm .... If sporty started at noon I could do it lol
