The rig ended up a little lighter than I expected. With 1.3oz of knuckle weight and 3s battery ready to run it came in at 3lbs. 1.6oz or 1408 grams

I am so sorry........ I should have added lead inside the spacers or something! I think I told you that it would be close to 3# and I am sure you never believed me........ Lol

It was awesome to get the Boxer on some real rocks. The rig drives and handles even better than I expected and everything is butter smooth. And Troy you were right about this motor, super smooth and way more torque than you would ever need in a 3lb rig!! I love it!!!!!!!

I decided to torture myself and make my first set of Doo overs. I had quite a few sets of Golds kicking around so all I had to buy was a few sets of 1.9 rovers.

I have to say narrowing Voodoo's is a walk in the park compared to building a set of these tires!!!!! I really took my time on these and I think they came out pretty good for a first go at them. Got 2 done and have 2 more to go!

Not too much of an update but I sent the aluminum pre load rings that my father made to Lattice Innovations to be anodized blue and also had a pair of shift hubs done in blue as well. Doesn't change performance at all but damn those parts look cool!!

I have also been practicing with my new doo overs and I am loving these tires!! They hook up really nicely and work well in wet conditions also. Have not tried these on the MOA yet but I would highly recommend them for a sporty. The tires are also a little bit lighter than the Voodoo's, my rig is 3 lbs exactly right now. Love the way its driving as of now so can't really see any changes for a while

Yep yep, a lil Swedish chez action on them there front tubes should do et!

I've thought about that body.... But not sure it's long enough... Not that I can go measure one before buying it, so I just left it alone..

Would be pretty sweet looking!

Yup, I've been looking at some of the mini revo bodies but definitely need it in hand to see if everything would jive!! I like the mini VW body that Chris Martell used, looks kinda cool. Wish I knew somebody that had a couple mini bodies kicking around to see what will work before buying one!!
