Default Blandon' Boxer Build

Well I've decided to build a sporty! I had been looking at a few different chassis's and axle set ups and then I looked at the CCC Boxer and I knew that was it. I contacted Barry at CCC and he asked me what and how I wanted to build the rig up and I was on my way!! I just have to say Barry is an awesome guy to deal with, always answers questions (usually within a couple minutes) and just wants you to build the rig you want....... I also ordered so much stuff from Barry that my parts came with a free dog!!!!!

The workmanship in the parts is top notch! This tranny is by far the coolest sporty tranny I have ever seen.

Thanks, I'm definitely impressed with the quality of the parts. I just need to find more hours in the day to get it built.

Front axle coming together. RCBros burly tubes installed, Holmes 7075 spool installed on my OD gear, and did a little grinding on the XR axles to get all the steering I can.

I really like the front plate set up. It's amazing how rigid everything becomes once the servo bracket and the spacer that mounts to the C hub are installed. Servo is as low as you can get it with no extra space.

It's not "as low as you can get it".. But, yes, without mods.. ;)

If you shave the top of the axle housing, towards the pumpkin, you can drop another 2mm! Lol..

When I just had my spacers cut for my desTroy plates, I had them cut at 2 different thickness. Then the builder could take his own route.

Looks great Butch!
