I wish! My boy Ant has his first playoff game for football. I wouldn't miss that for the world. Little man can hit!

That's a great servo and if you ever have issues they have awesome customer service.... Got one for a buddy of mine over a year ago... It randomly quit working on him recently I sent it in and they sent me a brand new one and I had it back within a week of me shipping it out..

My vote is for after. Run the hitec for the comp, then swap it out.

If it aint broke....

Servo is staying the same.. With talk of running rain or shine (cause of 65% chance of rain)..
I chose to use my time a little wiser..

Time to put them back in and get to the Pro/Mod!

Troy what is the inside width of the chassis? I need that to order the gunnar body mount. For my Evo that's being made.

You shouldn't.. The brace's come with the chassis.
You just need the mounts that go on them.

I don't know what the scores are yet.. But let's update for the day..

it was rainy and wet, all day! Course where built in the morning.. A group of guys ran them in there morning, while semi dry/wet rock/drizzle.. And a group in the afternoon when it was water running off/raining/soaked rock!

I ran the afternoon.. Which left me missing out on running with the rest of Team BmachineRC.. :(
But I felt more confident in the time spent conformal coating my sporty and didn't care about the rain.
Score sheets where so damp/wet, the pens wouldn't work on them. (Hence the slow scores).. But I have mine! (per course and what I remember) lol

I'm numbering the course's on how I ran them, so it might be different then other course numbers..
Course 1.. After watching/timing for a couple guys, I was ready to jump in and get it over with.. It wasn't looking very good. :/
Go!
Gates 1,2,3 clean!
The trip to 4 had a small hiccup and flopping around upsidedown.. But no penalties..
Gate 4,5 clean..
The path to 6 had some trickery to it but if done right, naturally dug(digged?) you into 6.. Clean!
Now, the transition (if at all possible) to get off the rock, from 6 to the next rock, to move onto 7, was a EXTREMELY tight window!
If it wasn't made, which I don't know who else made it, it was/had to be perfect..
Well, the narrow track width and luck stab of the front pumpkin, lead me into that perfect situation.
Now for 7...
All I heard was, "better have some wheel speed"..
Well it was a 5' across by 7' tall sloped, slanted, slime covered, sheet of ice! Which had a puddle at the bottom and needed a throttle blip, just to get on it..
A little bump and run/drift gets you to the top! Which the HH 13t XX fill 400 puller had Zero problems with. ;)
Gate 7... Clean!
Perfect course!!! -14..

Course 2.. Looks fun.. Hmm, gate 5...
OK, Go!
Gate 1 was tight and 2 was iffy(in thought).. Clean, clean..
Gate 3, 4 clean..
Gates 5 was a incline crawl, with natural rock on both fronts and spray crete between them, that ran down for your back tires to bite on.. (Not there Best when your rears are biting harder then the snot your fronts are sliding hole to deal with As for the rear axle, it's sitting on the pumpkin on a long center peaked rock, puddle on the left tire and crete on the right..
Made for a tricky, Everything..
A reback or 2 and it felt good to climb.
Right as it starts the climb, Bam!, front jumps and fuzz's the gate.. No option of any movement, would stop it from being a gate.. Gate! :(
Gates 6, sidehill, clean..
Headed right into gate 7, I thought.. Perfect line, on a dry day or a different rock type.. Whooosh.. 4 wheel sideways slide, right to the bottom of the slimy rock!
A reback or 2 and I couldn't hit this rock from any direction and get bite..
Slight slant with a rounded look to it, from bottom to top.. Gate was only 16" up..
I tried my damnedest to not take reverses and to clean this gate. Hell, not even to just clean it, just to simply get on the dam rock!
Rig was washing/slipping/sliding no matter what I did and what direction I went! :'(
As time ran down, I just gunned it, to finish.. 4 seconds left, with probably 90 seconds, or more, spent on the finish gate.. Gate!
I was just glad I finished and only got 1 finish gate... +10 on this one..

Course 3.. Loved this course! Technical gates, transitions, paths to and from each gate.. BTF did a great job on This course! (It was actually course 2, in order, I believe)
Gate 1,2,3 clean..
Gates 4, I heard some chatter about.. Square rock, slight slant to the lower gate side, 8-9" ledge. Needed the right bump, to even get the skid on the rock. Then hope the skid didn't slide on ya..
Well, as I bumped, I stayed in the throttle. As the skid/rig started on the slide, the rears hit and bumped my ass end up and to the right.. Clean!
Gate 5 was a vertical climb and a technical climb to clear.. Clean!
Gate 6 was set off 2 rocks, one flat and one long an slanted..
I didn't like the direct approach, it had a hole.. So I dropped off after 5 and went around..
It caused a couple rebacks, but 6, Clean..
Then. 7.. Clean! -12

So I'm in the negatives, I just don't know where that puts me..
I did hear a fellow top ranked driver mention his score.. So I know I beat him.. Lol..
He also beat me at the NENC this year in sporty, with the EVO chassis, which I wasn't running at the time.

The BmachineRC EVO chassis is Killing, for me!
I can't wait to see what this year brings!

I'm very glad you like the chassis, it gives me a good feeling about picking it to update my rig with. Do I need a carbon fiber motor mount plate?

Good job Troy!! I was definitely the only EVO who had trouble on Gate 4 on course 2 (I was definitely too low once again on the front of the chassis) but after the tweak I feel better about our SCRCC comp this weekend.
