It's too cold for you up here in nh ...judging by the jeans the sweatshirt and jacket and SOD you had in the videos ... I'm still in shorts and a t shirt ... That's why you're always offering to cuddle with me its the hair and you need to keep warm

Lol I know what you mean... I've worn shorts every day but one in the past month... Partially because I can't fit pants over the boot on my leg but it sounds better if I just say cause it's not cold :P You should get Troy a nice fuzzy onesie that he can sleep in to keep warm when you're not around for him to cuddle with

Then you can grow into a banana hammock, with a dumbo trunk, to put your junk in, and big floppy ears.. Like the one PURP got me, which keeps me warm at night, on thoughts alone.. He probably has his on right now, that I got him.

Funny thing Mike.. PURP and I where just talking about that! Tech coming... Thru put the day.. So yesterday.. I grabbed some tungsten putty for the holes in my Dlux knuckles.. The brass slugs that come with the knuckles weigh 4g a piece.. I thought, maybe the tungsten putty will weigh more, so let's get some and check it out! I rolled some out and checked fitment.. Then I weighed it.. 4.7g Not as much as I hoped.. But then I jammed it in and filled the void.. Put the truck back together, after doing the other side, and weighted the whole rig.. 10g total.. Not much with just 2 holes.. But it's 4g extra a knuckle.. So a ½oz extra, total, over the brass slugs alone.. On a 3½lb rig, of today, it could be useful.. |

The wig is sweat, but it being left behind at the NENC and telling me to hold onto it, isn't "made off" with it.. Lol.. It's acting as a scare crow, in my basement, to keep my RC's safe! ;)

A little shock building tip, for scx shocks.. I have been running "stock" scx shocks, since I started crawling.. I like them. But they are known to leak.. To Remedy that issue, I modify them a little.. Which starts with.. I start with the machined pistons, for smoother and tighter tolerances on the shock shaft. Then to the lower cap, at the shaft. It comes with 2x o-rings and a black plastic washer.. I remove the plastic washer and add a 3rd o-ring. Then I give it a shot of, AE green slime.. After the lower call is tightened on, is time to fill with oil and enjoy! They will be a little tight feeling at first and even feel like they stick. Move your shaft in and out a couple times, to lube it up, before hitting the rocks and it will be smooth as butta, for crawlering... |

Gotta love the green slime. I should have asked I bought the other pistons. Who makes the threaded part to hold mini t silver springs?
