Back from Nordics in Finland with a bit of a disappointing fourth place Rig run extremely well trough out the whole day,-but I did some mistakes and was not sure of making the top five,-which would give me a spot in the final. But luckily I was in third place before the final,-but with fourth place only ten points behind me. I knew i had do do very well in the final,-so I was very focused and quite fast, and I thought I did ok..... But too many reverses and taking the tenth gate was not good enough,-I lost third place by four points....maybe I drove to much on the safe side.... Anyway,-the Nordics was a blast,-so much fun, very well executed,as always and so many nice people Thanks !! |

I like the new look! I was watching the live feed of the final. The course was "asking" for a good number of reverses.... Congrats anyway!! 4th is nothing to be ashamed of!! |

How wide is the rear end of you car ? I think I will have to try this ar44 axle in my car too. Ps. I'm sorry about the Nordics finals 😆. You will get your change to revenge in Portugal 😈 |

Full width outside tires is 26cm. BTW,-I would not recommend you using the AR44 on your rig.... : | |

First Place again in our series Even had a tumble into the river,-and had to jump in the water to save the rig,-luckily the electronics survived Last edited by JENS; 09-01-2017 at 04:18 AM. |

Saturday was the last round in the Norwegian series. And with yet another first place,-I secured the overall victory in the 2017 shafty class The rig is so nice and predictable,-very happy with the performance ! And I am really looking forward to Eurocrawl in October BTW,-as you can see,-my 2.2 Mod driving sucks,-a lot more practice needed for sure..... . Last edited by JENS; 09-11-2017 at 01:39 PM. |

Back from Eurocrawl in amazing Portugal Was hoping for top five,-but timed out after a bit of stupid driving on course 5 and had some random mishaps on other courses. And that kind of mistakes does not cut it at an European Championship for sure But I had a blast with so many good friends, great location and almost too nice weather,-it was really hot Thanks everyone for an excellent weekend in Cascais . |

I'm constantly trying to test options and improve on the rig. I need some input on using the UCFab AR44 axle servo mount on the rear axle: UCFab SCX10 II/AR44 Axle Servo Mount What do you guys think of using this mount with the upper links attached to the holes where the servo posts are intended to be mounted ?? Should be nice geometry with almost straight upper links..... Any thoughts on this ? : |
