It looks to be. With your links installed you want your drive shafts to be flush or above the links.

So it's OK that I mounted them in a different spot than they normally would be

Your lowers are back to front.
Move the uppers to the outside of the four lint truss at the axle.

Dam I never really noticed they were on backwards so it's better to mount on the outside instead of the middle?

it will handle better. and also unbolt your your whole skidplate with the trans intact and turn it 180 degrees so your motor is on the "passenger side" to also help prevent torque twist.

The top links should be OK there, the chassis does not have overly great geometry anyway.

Flipping your skid does not really achieve the best result. Really you ought to look into mirroring the trans. There is plenty of threads in this forum for how to do it.

Some thing else to do to help your performance is to mount your lower links inside the chassis. to do this you will need to cut the corners out of the skid plate to allow the rod end balls to fit.

Nope you are good to go with that then.
At the same time it will be a good opportunity top correct your upper link length to set the pinion angle correctly. Don't be afraid to drill new holes in the chassis if you need to. This is if you do not have the rod ends to make the changes.

Yeah I 180 my trans and motor last night just waiting for my front truss today and I'll see what my pinion angle looks like
