Default Help with parts - stripped keyed slipper disk

Hi all.

I stripped a keyed slipper disk.

I'm wondering if there's a beefier, metal version of that that won't strip?

Thanks!

Yes locked up rc has a slipper eliminator set that will fix you up! Or gpm also has one.

If you get another plastic version make sure it stays tight and it'll last a whole lot longer than you'd think. Axle buster on 4s took about 20 hours of run time to kill.

I'm running a locked up slipper eliminator now. $20 very well spent!

Thanks guys. I've been looking at that.

It also looks like there's multiple versions of the standard slipper.

The version I have is keyed, but there's another version using a pin.

Did you guys also have the keyed version?

I bought a Robinson Racing slipper - and noticed that it expects you to be running the "pin" version, not the keyed :P

I use the gpm on one rc and the lockeduprc.com on the other.

If your using the Robinson racing slipper you may need a new top shaft if so super shafty makes a very good one.

Looking up the super shafty - love the idea of "bombproof" lol.

Couldn't find the GPM brand slipper.

They make a slipper eliminator very similar to locked up rc

Supershafty? I've looked all over the place and not found one so if you happen to know where to find one I'd be happy to know.

I ment gpm makes the slipper eliminator set, sorry not super shafty. Super shafty has a good top shaft for his Robinson racing slipper set.

That makes sense. I'd heard about the gpm piece. I have a couple SS top shafts in use too. I was getting excited thinking I'd missed something.

No sorry I guess we all got excited on that I saw you ask and at first I went to super shafty to see if they did.
