Default Austin's AX-10 SuduOne FL build

I decided to start my first sportsman build. I am going to try and complete the build at a budget of $800, maybe.

Here is the parts list so far...
SuduOne chassis waiting on this item
Battery tray waiting on this item
Dluxfab front and rear trusses
Axial bevel gears
Axial AR60 axle housing

Spent 180.20$ so far

800 is doable for sure! Here's my bwd sporty on narrowed ar60s. Did a bit of trading for parts. I currently have about $200 into it Nd traded for the rest of the stuff or had it laying around.
I'll be watching!

I made some progress. The trusses are on the axle housing. I milled the front housing so the servo fits behind the axle tube.

I am deciding on what transmission to ran. I have it narrowed down to three options.

Dravtech sudu one trans
Axial ax-10 with wraith outputs
Dlux overdrive trans if it will fit?
Choose the Dlux hamburger trans.

Yesterday was a good mail day, the chassis and battery mount arrived. I have the chassis assembled and the Battery/electronics mount installed.

I recieved a few parts, and made some progress on my sportsman build. The dlux hamburger trans is installed. No room for a 540 can motor, a 400 Holmes puller will fit nicely. Unless I build my own adapter plate for the dlux trans.

Some more progress on my sportsman. Here is another way to do the Traxxas E-maxx propeller shafts. I don't know if someone has already done this or not. I will see how will they work, sdi shafts are on order.

Another order of parts for the SuduOne FL build. The sdi propeller shalfs are perfect, they beat the extra work the Traxxas e maxx center drive shafts would have been.
I also spent some time building the lower links and front upper links, only have the rear uppers to go.

I recieved a few items for my sudu one build, and made some good progress. My link set is done made 3D bends so they do not bind. Still much more to do.

...And the chassis is finally off the ground. I added some homemade 3mm spacer since I moved the 3 mil spacer on the inside, and added 5mm rear stand offs for the shocks.

Some more progress on my sportsman build. I have the sdi drive shafts installed as will as the rear straight axles, modified to use xr10 rear lockouts, and the body is roughly cut out.

Made some more progress on my shaft driven crawler. The ESC and BEC in now wired, still need to finish wiring the rig. I recieved the 3d printed upper link mounts from shape ways. Very nice product from one of the Dravtech members!

It has been awhile since I have worked on my sportsman. The electronic are done, rear link mount installed, carbon fiber upper links with titanium inserts, and the Battery mount.
