Default Dlux has gone off the deep end

The start of a new build. What could it be?

I thought I ordered 1 thing but the box says I ordered something different? So strange.

This build is going to be very different. It will be like no car I have ever seen nor any car that is currently out there. Will it be a success or a flop? I am not sure but it will bring some fresh new ideas that might change the class and for that, it will be a success on its own. IMO, this class has been stagnate for too long!

Its going to be slow, so get your patience together...

BTW, is it just me or is Facebook kind of searchable now? If you were to search this group for specific terms only in this post,I think you could find it easily?

Here is where I am at on this project so far.

If you have a keen eye, you may be able to tell me what I screwed up so far (this should be fun :rolleyes. I would say let's keep the jack ass comments out but I know some of you cannot resist.

Team Brood coming thru on a super sick motor for for this build.

I wanted a motor that had tons of power, small packaging and as light as possible. In that order of importance. I think he nailed it.

I cant wait to install this thing and see how it drives.

I have to kind of build backwards in this build. Later on, you might understand why.

So, I started off with the skid. All done.

Light weight
Strong
Slippery
Able to get the trans/motor really, really low

I will bend the front up as soon as I know where it needs to go.

I built up some Dravtech shocks. Never have dont much color on my cars. This build will be different. Gotta love these shocks!

All Dlux SAF gears

VINCENT
You'll dig it the most. But you know what the funniest thing about Europe is?
JULES
What?
VINCENT
It's the little differences. I mean they got the same shit over there, we got
Here, but it's just there's a little difference.
JULES
Examples?
VINCENT
Alright, well you can walk into a movie theatre in Amsterdam and buy a beer.
And I don't mean in a paper cup. I'm talkin' 'bout a glass of beer. And in
Paris, you can buy a beer at MacDonald's. You know what they call a Quarter
Pounder with Cheese in Paris?
JULES
They don't call it a Quarter Pounder with Cheese?
VINCENT
No, man, they got the metric system there, they wouldn't know what the ****
A Quarter Pounder is.
JULES
What'd they call it?
VINCENT
They call it Royale with Cheese.

Sorry Eddie Goodridge. To make an omelette, you need to break some eggs.

I'm in to keep the tech on RCC. And I think I need to build myself a new sporty as well.

For a minute, and reading that this was going to be totally different, the first thing on my mind was IFS and/or IRS...
Maybe next time ;)

Pink because he can't handle the shafty awesomeness so he's just building it to my specs since he'll get frustrated and I'll end up with it.
