Default Chopped moonbuggy

Here is my little... Side gig? Idk what to call it. Been the go to rig to drive lately. Has some og tubes in the front. Probably the first ever made for ax10 housings. Not sure on the front or rear plates. I cut this chassis as a copy by hand from the original chopped moonbuggy chassis that came with this truck.

NSDRC RS800 V2
Reedy 16t 5 slot
HW1080

Yeah its basic. But its a ton of fun to drive.

Default Re: Chopped moonbuggy

Twisted the front housing a little to many times at supershafty fall crawl this year. I didn’t just strip the collar holes on the tubes, but they actually slotted themselves so now I have adjustable castor on the fly. Screws are right length too. Lol. I guess when I install new rc bros tubes again, I’ll drill and tap closer to the pumpkin to prevent this from happening. I guess I could swap to xr wide beeftube ar44’s and use the tgh axle braces but.. I’m trying to keep it somewhat old school. I’ll edit the vids and slap it on YouTube shortly.
