This is my first crawler. The AX-10,000 Tribute Truck.

Dedicated to:
Axial ”axialracing.com” – Thank you for making such a complete crawler. I was not going to buy a Clod (or other), just to throw 70% of the kit away (not to mention all the R&D that goes into making a competitive truck from scratch). Thank you!

New to RCC not to the scene. Here is my AX, built it this week.

Specs:
Integy 45t
inDi 16x2-Pro Charger
Junky Battery Pack (6 cell Ni-Cad)
NOSRAM Tomahawk SC (w/ reverse) - stolen from my HPI
HPI RX-2 Reciever (also obviously stolen) mounted on top of my servo
HPI TX-2 Controller
JRSport ST126MG Hi-Torque steering servo
Cut foam in tires, weighted rims (lead)
Flipped Rear Links
Sort of custom/janky servo horn

To do:
Flip tranny around
different body?
higher turn motor
better battery
front axle pack mount?

This is my first or second post, can't remember. Any way, I wanted to share with you guys some pictures of my AX10. I will eventually get the TCA frame and make it a 1.9 scale crawler, but till that is out, here are some pics on the way it is for now, stock !!

Just finished my build tonight. Sorry for the crappy pics, need to get a new camera. Still saving up for a good speed controller but all put together. Excuse the temp body, this one is almost 15 years old and has seen some action. Gonna take a little time to pick the right body and paint it.

Extreme Paint body
55 turn
1500 pack
R1 radio
dropped/flipped shocks-50/50 old ae blue springs for t-maxx (soft) hilift springs and a couple spacers 70 weight oil
1500 pack on links
receiver on servo
weight everywhere, going to balance when i have time for 60/40
ziptied battery plate horizontal to drop esc inline with RX batt motor
body cut and lowered
more to come

Well here she is almost ready for the trail, just waiting on my Goat crawler to come back from warranty.
Hope you all like her, will post some action pics after the motors in it.

added the goat..which is simply amazing
also put the front spacers inside the shocks, and added the saddle pack from holmes hobbies, the rig drives like a dream now, except the rear end is too light

just got done with this, it has the CKRC stage#2 and disconnect, it crawls like mad.
