My 'SCORPION KING' project. I love Clodbusters and Scorpions, so I decided to mesh both worlds and make a modern day Clod. Its a work in progress, and is constantly evolving. Bigger, more Alloy, and next, Huge Brushless Power!

First i made a body with aluminum bars and plastic parts...

After i made other body with aluminum only, and fixed batteryes in the side of chassis for more stability...

changed out the chassis for the Bender swx kit
using inverted Max shocks all the way around

novak rooster crawler esc and 55t motor

My crawler. I don't comp, yet. I'm getting the bashing part out of my system first, and learning to tune the RIG and drive better.

It is amazing to see all of the different variations of one crawler model.

Here is my basher rig that is nearly comp legal (illegal body). I just finished the rig a few days ago. I wanted a different body that wasn't a bug. Next body will be Proline's 72' chevy C 10. The drive shaft broke yesturday, (first day out after rebuild) will be replacing it with T maxx shafts.

Servo mount: Home made out of AL
Battery: Hand built 2/3a 1500 nimh 8 cells with Sermos
Tires: Panther Cougars with axial stock foams

Wheels: stock with some weight in the front only (for now)

THIS IS MY AXAIL AX-10. I AM USING THE T-MAXX TIE RODS FOR MY REAR 4-LINK AND FRONT LOWER LINKS. IT ALSO HAS PANTHERS MOUNTED ON AXIAL ROCKSTAR BEADLOCK WHEELS WITH GREEN LOCK RINGS. FOR BATTERY POWER I AM USING 1500MAH 7.2 VOLT HUMP PACKS WHICH ARE MOUNTED ON THE FRONT AXLE.

I CRAWL AT THE CONCORD, CA HOBBYTOWN JUST ABOUT EVERY SATURDAY. IF I'M NOT THERE I'M USALLY UP AT MY 40+ ACRE PROPERTY MAKING CRAWL AREAS.

Just picked up my buddies ax10. So far Ive already put a 2s goat esc and a modified jeep body. Other than that its got bent links in the rear, 55t integy motor, 1500mah split battery pack on the front axle, rc4wd rock crusher tires on axial beadlocks, and a hitec hs645mg servo. Soon to come is a droop only setup and brushless and lipo.

Some picks of my C-10 covered Bastard jr. I shortened up the wheel base with some custom links from R2j, and a double tri skid. now sits just over 11"s. I notched the C-10's rear bed and window to fit it over the Bastard jr tube chassis.

AX10 with Losi springs (2.3 rate front; 2.6 rate rear). Novak Rooster Crawler/55t combo, Hitec 645MG servo. Custom front steering linkage for added clearance, hi-clearance links rear, rear 4link setup, stock tires.
