Default Durability update...

WEll took the scorpion out for a little crawl last night and came home with a broken truck...
Kept bowing out the driveshafts, Both front and rear...And the rear toe link on the left side kept stripping out.
Going to have to make some heavy duty ones I guess and find an alternate driveshaft set up that is a little beefier..
I havent researched the driveshaft solution as of yet, Anyone got a suggestion on something that would drop right in? Maybe T-Maxx shaft will work for it.
Oh well just an update on what Ive discovered that breaks on my scorpion anyways...

I've heard revo shafts are indestructible.

If you break those, then you're mad.

That driveshafts seem to be our big problem with the truck. Other than that. Axial did there homework. The truck is really good.

I'm beginning to think that I must be doing this crawling thing all wrong - the only problem I've encountered up to this point is the upper link ball pulling out from the axle bracket. I've had the drivetrain bound up pretty good without anything breaking. Then again, when the wheels stop moving and I see any sign of the suspension loading up, I let off. Nothing to be gained from powering up when the truck is jammed in a crevice other than a bin full of broken parts. Part of this is the racer in me using finesse, the other part is the guy that made his Dana 30 and 35 survive for two years running 33x12.5's and 300+ horsepower ( finally blew the rear end on the street in front of my house!)
I need to get out to a comp and see how the big boys do this...
