Default RCP servo plate w/link mount question

anyone using the upper link mounts from RCP..i see some run the mount up and some down ...is there a right way to mount them or does it matter ??? thanks for the help

Whatever works for you. I remember seeing a post where if you mount below in the front and on top in the rear some torque twist is removed.

I personally run both on the bottom for shock body clearance. I see no major ill effects how I have it.

The nice part about this is keep trying new options to find what works for ya.

what he said, but i run the tcs bommerang in the rear with the uppers stagered..
(one on the bottom ,one one the top..)

thanks to eepee for that great idea..

i also have the rear tcs boomerang mount ....i was gonna install it and try eepee's tip.....did you notice if it helped ??

i tried every combo possible on the carpet and i'm personally stickin with the staggered setup..

its not a biiig difference, but it does change the twisting action a little..

not hard to swap around and try it.. just see what works best for you and run it..

this particular mod is a driver preference thing for sure..

Which one do you run on top? I made a mount last night and was wondering if I put the right rear (as sitting in driver seat) would help with torque twist.

drivers side link would be on top of the mount....passenger side on the bottom

Personaly,I feel there IS a right way to mount it. Mounting it up or down,depending on your chassis mounts,can have a great deal of effect on your squat/anti squat numbers.
