how did you come up with that idea and how did you pull it off i want to mount my batteries on the fron axal to but i'm not seeing a loot of pics of that or any how to's

You can use the stock battery plate, you'll need to drill some additional holes to mount the servo to the right and onto the top of the axle.

That's the same battery mount I made. I have just recieved my 1st LiPo to try, and it will sit in exactly the same position on my axle. Do you have any issues with the battery getting all beat up in that location? My NiMh pack is getting a bit beat up sitting in exactly the same spot, and I'm a bit concerned that the LiPo will get damaged there - or even explode! I was thinking of making a hard protective cover for the LiPo pack. |
