Yeah that would definitley be a good way to go, or you could also look around for a tuber chassis thats compatible, Im sure that they are around here somewhere, I could be a dick and suggest you try using that there search button. works like a charm haha im sorry, but seriously try that.

Larson that search was no good cause that tuber uses the stock chassis. Looks good though.

There is The Reign Products J2-TT Chassis

Here a re a couple builds (they only used different shocks - although you could do a droop rig with the stock shocks I'll bet)

The GC1 AX10 version will work for you but you will have to change the links to Traxxas 102mm pushrods #5318

Try the "BENDER SW3". There is a thread showing a build SW3 with Axial axles and tranny. Take a look. I built one and really like it.
